Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options for both domestic and international orders:

Standard Shipping: This cost-effective option typically delivers within 5 to 6 business days.

Express Shipping: Need your order sooner? Opt for our express shipping for delivery in just 2 to 3 business days.

Processing Time

Please allow 24 business hours for order processing before shipment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary slightly. Rest assured, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Methods

We utilize USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground for shipping, selecting the most suitable option based on package dimensions and destination. Orders heading to the West Coast generally arrive within 1 to 3 business days after shipment, while orders to the East Coast typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. For our international customers, we offer worldwide shipping to ensure everyone can enjoy our handcrafted products.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by various factors including location, selected shipping method, and order dimensions. You can review shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase. Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you. Use this tracking information to monitor the status and location of your package as it makes its way to you. Should you have any questions or concerns about your order’s status, our customer support team is available to assist you.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on legal regulations or logistical limitations. If your order is affected by these restrictions, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative solutions or refunds if necessary.

Returns & Refunds Policy

For some reason, if you are not entirely satisfied with the products, we have an easy return and refund policy.

Conditions

  • Change of mind does not qualify for the return, exchange, and refund.
  • Claims for product defect, damaged, missing or incorrect goods must be received within five (5) business days of delivery.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The product return must be in the ‘saleable’ condition – no marks, no wrinkles, no dirty fibers. Also, your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Unless there is a defect in the material we sent and shipping error, the customer will be responsible for the cost to ship the merchandise back and refunds will be issued for the actual merchandise itself. There will be no refund on the shipping.
  • Custom orders, DIY Kits, and items with special notation do not qualify for the return.
  • Once we receive the returned item, after inspection we will inform you of the status of the refund.
  • If you qualify for the refund, we will process a refund to your credit card and you will receive the amount within certain days (depending on your card issuer’s policies).

Important Note

We accept no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s delivery. Our responsibility towards the fulfillment process ends once the package is in the carrier’s hands – as shown by the tracking history. We are not responsible for any carrier’s delays or longer than expected transit times. We are in no way responsible for claims of packages not received if the carrier’s tracking history shows the package as delivered. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us then the customer will be liable for all shipping charges and credited for all merchandise returned in sellable condition.
